We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Assistant Manager Sales to join our team at Toyota Lakoz, Malad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving vehicle sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new vehicles.
Manage and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Handle customer queries, negotiations, and deal closures effectively.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events.
Ensure smooth delivery process and post-sales customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and MIS for management review.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
48 years of experience in automobile sales (preferably Toyota or premium brands).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Customer-focused approach with a passion for achieving results.
