Assistant Sales Manager

JOB PROFILE:

▪️Connecting (Cold Calling) clients on daily basis and briefing them about the properties ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.

▪️Generating & meeting Prospects (Average) on daily basis.

▪️Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clientele for the site Visits.

▪️Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.

▪️Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

▪️Visit to Sites as per the plan set with Clients and escorting them throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc., are briefed them properly.

▪️Revenue Generation aligned with the achievement of Monthly Targets.

▪️Leads Hygiene providing proper feedback on leads assigned.

▪️Follow-up for Payments/dues.

▪️HR Discipline.
