Job Description: Branch Manager - Truck Body Building (Kochi) We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead the operations of our truck body building establishment in Kochi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in the automotive or fabrication industry, combined with exceptional leadership and business management skills. He will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch's operations, from production and quality control to client management and profitability. Key Responsibilities: · Operational Management: Oversee all daily activities of the branch, including production, quality control, procurement of materials, and inventory management to ensure smooth and efficient operations. · Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of skilled fabricators, painters, and support staff. This includes hiring, training, performance reviews, and fostering a safe and productive work environment. · Client & Sales Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, including truck fleet managers and individual vehicle owners.
