Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to management.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Support in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and forecasting sales trends.
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical standards.
Contribute to business growth by suggesting innovative sales approaches and strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
