Assistant Sales Manager

Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager – Ayurveda Medicine Sales Location: Gurugram Haryana Department: Sales Reports To: Company Head Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our Ayurveda medicine sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, managing field sales teams, and promoting Ayurvedic products to healthcare professionals, and Retailers, distributors. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Promote and sell Ayurveda products to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and wellness centers. Manage relationships with distributors, stockists, and key clients. Conduct product presentations, CMEs, and awareness campaigns. Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback. Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer issues. Prepare and analyze sales reports to assess performance and improve strategy. Requirements: Education: Graduate or Diploma in Pharmacy, Ayurveda, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Ayurvedic/Herbal/Pharma sales. Skills: Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic products and the healthcare market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead a team and achieve sales goals. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Compensation: 20000 to 30000+ Incentives
