Assistant Sales Manager

JSR Group Suncity is looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Sales Manager to drive plot sales by coordinating with tele callers, handling customer visits, conducting site tours, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for generating leads through cold calling and BTL (Below-the-Line) activities in malls, residential communities, and events. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with tele callers regarding customer leads and follow-ups. Receive customers at the site, explain project features and amenities. Conduct site tours with potential customers. Convince customers and close the sales. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Execute BTL activities in malls, communities, and events. Perform cold calling to generate new leads. Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions. Ensure smooth customer onboarding post-sale. Candidate Profile: Education: Intermediate or Graduate (Any stream) Experience: 1–3 years in direct real estate sales preferred Languages: Telugu (mandatory), Hindi and English (preferred) Skills: Good communication and persuasion skills Presentable and customer-friendly attitude Goal-oriented and self-driven Familiar with real estate plotting sales Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps, mobile apps What We Offer: Fixed salary + High performance incentives Training and support in real estate sales Supportive team environment Growth opportunities in the organization
