Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales operations. The role involves managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Generate new leads and manage existing client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
• Support the sales team with training, guidance, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement business strategies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address escalations promptly.
• Participate in business development activities, events, and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
• Team player with a result-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
