Assistant Sales Manager

Position: Field Manager (FM) Reports To: Founder / Apex Authority Manages: 4 Medical Representatives (MRs) Core Purpose The Field Manager is the execution commander of the sales force. Ensures every MR delivers cash recovery, maintains push-pull balance, and upholds absolute discipline. Success is measured only by team recovery and compliance. Key Responsibilities  Sales & Recovery Ensure each MR collects ₹40,000/month. Achieve FM team recovery target = ₹1,60,000/month. Enforce strict collection discipline; no excuses.  Team Supervision Daily field visits with MRs (min 3 days/week). Enforce beat plan discipline; MR routes must be followed. Maintain push/pull ratio (doctors/retailers) per Founder’s instruction.  Reporting Collect daily MR reports: visits, orders, recovery. Consolidate into one report for Founder. Highlight issues with actionable solutions only.  Training & Execution Train new MRs in sales pitch, objection handling, and collections. Monitor detailing, retailer conversion, recovery. Replace or discipline any MR not performing within 30 days.  Compliance & Control Enforce company policies with zero tolerance. Sole communication bridge between Founder and MRs. No direct MR communication with Founder without FM approval. KPIs Team recovery: ≥ ₹2,00000/month+ 90,000 from previous cycle Beat coverage discipline: ≥ 90% Push detailing compliance: ≥70% (retailers) Pull compliance: ≥30% (doctors) Zero tolerance for false reporting or skipped visits Compensation Total Fixed Monthly Payout: ₹30,000 (all-inclusive) Component.
