Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and close business opportunities with real estate developers and channel partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure. Schedule and conduct in-person/virtual meetings and product demos.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and client success.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM tools. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and generate recurring revenue streams.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of target achievement and account handling.
  • Ability to understand client pain points and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Comfortable with on-ground meetings and field visits in Mumbai.
  • Laptop with required configuration for editing software is mandatory.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Real Estate

Experience selling digital marketing packages or real estate advertising solutions.

Existing network of builders, developers, or brokers in Mumbai.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and sales reporting.
