Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Key Account Manager / Senior Sales Officer / Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving trade sales, nurturing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow trade sales across key accounts, TMCs, OTAs, MICE agents, tour operators, and corporates.
• Plan and implement monthly, quarterly and annual strategies to meet sales targets.
• Conduct regular product presentations and account reviews.
• Drive new account acquisition and submit monthly acquisition reports.
• Analyze weak flight performance and implement strategies to enhance loads.
• Monitor competitor (OAL) fares and activities for strategic positioning.
• Generate and hand over leads for corporate contracting.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track account progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and strategies.
• Contribute to sales campaigns and provide market insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in trade and corporate sales.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Airline Sales or Travel & Tourism industry (MANDATORY).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven and competitive environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
