Job Title: Sales Team Leader – BPO Sector Location: Transact global - Yeshwanthpur Job Type: Full-Time Shift: General Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven and motivational Digital Sales Team Leader to manage and lead a high-performing team of sales representatives in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring sales targets are met, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through outbound calling campaigns. Requirements Minimum 2–4 years of experience in telesales, outbound sales, or business development, preferably within a BPO setup. At least 1 year of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to analyze data, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions. Proficient in CRM systems, MS Excel, and other sales tracking tools. Flexible to work in shifts and dynamic campaign environments. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Certification or training in leadership, sales, or customer service is a plus.
