Key Account Manager-Travel Trade Sales

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow trade sales across key accounts, TMCs, OTAs, MICE agents, tour operators, and corporates.

Plan and implement monthly, quarterly and annual strategies to meet sales targets.

Conduct regular product presentations and account reviews.

Drive new account acquisition and submit monthly acquisition reports.

Analyze weak flight performance and implement strategies to enhance loads.

Monitor competitor (OAL) fares and activities for strategic positioning.

Generate and hand over leads for corporate contracting.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track account progress.

Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and strategies.

Contribute to sales campaigns and provide market insights.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Airline Sales or Travel & Tourism industry (MANDATORY).

Proven experience in trade and corporate sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a target-driven and competitive environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
