Desired Skills and Education Requirements

· 1 - 2 Years of related experience in marketing calls preferably real estate

· Associates/Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a reputed institution

· Candidate must have their own vehicle.

· Must be comfortable for site visits.

· English and Hindi communication skills.

· Convincing skills

Roles and Responsibilities:-

· Responding enquiries and understanding the requirements and sharing relevant information about the properties.

· Updating all the information and scheduling property visits.

· Responding to inbound calls to provide information.

· Cold Calling and converting meetings.

· Site visits with the clients.

· Scheduling follow-up calls and ensuring the clients are contacted.

· Ensuring all enquiries with feedbacks are updated regularly in the software.

· Supporting the sales team.
