Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: Revenue Generation: Drive B2B and B2C sales to meet/exceed monthly and annual revenue targets. Promote and sell group bookings, private screenings, corporate events, and F&B packages. Drive ticket and concession sales through innovative partnerships and loyalty programs. Corporate & Institutional Sales: Develop and manage key corporate accounts. Offer tailor-made screening/event solutions to organizations, schools, and clubs. Identify new B2B opportunities and pitch customized service offerings. Cinema Advertising Sales: Sell on-screen and off-screen ad inventory to agencies and direct clients. Negotiate deals and manage advertising partnerships. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients. Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction for repeat business. Campaign & Promotion Support: Collaborate with the marketing team for local promotions and events. Leverage festive seasons, blockbuster releases, and movie premieres to maximize sales. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and new trends in entertainment sales. Provide feedback and insights for strategic planning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with client presentations and closing high-value deals. Knowledge of cinema operations or BTL marketing is a plus.
