Job Tittle : Assistant International Sales Manager Description : Our Growing company is seeking a dynamic and details-oriented Assistant International Sales Manager in our Sales Team. Develop and drive business growth by identifying and qualifying new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and working with the sales team to generate new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Conduct cold calling, send cold emails, and use social media to reach prospects. • Actively prospect and generate new leads through trade data, directories, digital outreach, exhibitions, and referrals. • Identify target markets and potential customers for Basmati rice (branded & private label). • Actively prospect and generate new leads through trade data, directories, digital outreach, exhibitions, and referrals, target markets and potential customers for Basmati rice (branded and private label). • Convert leads into sales by negotiating prices, terms, and contacts. • Maintain strong relationships with existing international buyers, regularly follow up to secure repeat and additional orders. • Track metric like call volume, leads status and conversion rates. Update buyers regularly on order status, documentation, and shipment tracking. • Handle the complete order cycle- from order booking to dispatch and delivery. Coordination with internal teams (production, QA, documentation, logistics) to ensure timely execution. Act as central point of contact between buyers, internal teams (production/logistics/documentation), and shipping line. Key Skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Conduct cold calling, send cold emails, and use social media to reach prospects. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You think out of the box and wow people with your interesting angles and quality work. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Export Marketing and selling of food products in International Market such as Tea, Spices (Specially Rice). Must have flair for selling and Marketing and self-starter. 1 year + Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads. • Prior experience in consultative sales across FMCG companies. • Experience in successfully leading high growth teams.
