Assistant Sales Manager

The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for assisting the Branch Sales Manager in achieving the sales targets of the showroom. The role involves overseeing day-to-day sales operations, guiding the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product display standards, and supporting business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Management

• Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze daily sales performance and take corrective actions when required.
• Support in implementing branch sales strategies to increase walk-ins, conversions, and revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.

2. Team Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise and motivate the showroom sales team to ensure productivity and performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review sales performance and address challenges.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to new and existing sales staff.
• Ensure team members adhere to company policies, customer service standards, and sales protocols.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and complaints promptly.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Oversee the preparation of quotations, negotiations, and closing of sales deals.
• Support in post-sales follow-up, ensuring timely delivery and customer feedback
