Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Firozpur for an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The individual will also assist in planning and executing sales strategies, leading and motivating the sales team, and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in managing client relationships and customer service
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in using sales management software and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred
