Job Description

We're seeking a sales champion who thrives for deals closer and loves to exceed sales targets. An ideal candidate will excel at creating and closing new opportunities by using a consultative approach. He/She will use their expertise for closing sales opportunities with both new and existing customers by listening to their needs and concerns and providing them guidance/ support throughout the enrolment process.

  • Location: Mumbai (Goregaon West)

Note:

? Minimum 5 years experience current in high ticket sales in a mandatory requirement

? Age group 28 to 35

? Experience in Post Webinar Sales/ Inside Sales for high ticket products/ services is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

? Responsible for meeting and exceeding the set weekly, and monthly revenue targets while maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards prospects.

? Connect with business owners and sell them training and coaching courses through webinar and seminars.

? Responsible for end to end sales from inquiry to payment collection of courses. Experience in end to end sales is a plus point

? To learn and keep upgrading your own product knowledge and sales skills to achieve and exceed sales targets.

? Responsible for making outbound calls to customers for follow-up, query resolution, objection handling, and sales closing.

? Maintain Sales reports and keep records of customer calls and note useful information and update the CRM on a timely basis.

? Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales by generating references and repeat sales via renewal/ upselling/ cross-selling techniques.

? Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

? Any Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).

? Min 5 years of hard-core sales experience in: -Direct Sales, B2C Sales, High Ticket Sales, High-Value Sales, Insurance Sales, High Volume Sales

? Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of prospects.

? Aggressive follow up

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

? Positive attitude and willingness to learn and excel.

? Ready To Work on Weekends, must be career-oriented
