We need a dedicated person with strong experience in trade and distribution.

Employment Type:
Full-time, Field-based Role

Location Preference:
South Bengal Territory (Murshidabad and south)

Role & responsibilities

Territory Focus:
Lead and manage all sales targets in South Bengal (from Murshidabad and areas to the south).
Work directly with local dealers and distributors to ensure smooth operations and target achievement.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing buyers.
Identify and onboard new clients in the pen trade.
Share market insights with the central team.
Report regularly to the Sales Manager and Coordinator at the head office.

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory
experience
working with PEN or
stationery products
trade/distribution industry.
Proven success in managing distributors and dealers.
Strong dealer/distributor network and buyer engagement skills.
Reliable, proactive, and committed to long-term growth.
Comfortable with reporting and coordination across teams.
