Job Opening: Assistant Sales Manager AND Sales Executive - Uttar Pradesh (Pen/Stationery Industry)

Saraju Agriways Exports Pvt. Ltd. (ORION Pen)

Employment Type:
Full-time, Field-based Role
Industry:
Writing Instruments | Distribution | Sales
Location Preference:
Allahabad | Banaras | Kanpur | Agra | Gorakhpur (Must be based in or willing to relocate to one of these cities).

Role & responsibilities

Manage and grow sales across Allahabad, Banaras, Kanpur, Gorakhpur and Agra.
Appoint Super Stockists in the territory (where needed).
Work directly with local distributors to ensure smooth operations and target achievement.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing buyers.
Identify and onboard new clients in the pen trade.
Share market insights with the central team.

Report regularly to the Sales Manager and Coordinator at the head office.

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory
experience
working with
PEN
and/or
Stationery products
in the trade/distribution industry.
Strong distributor network and buyer engagement skills.
Reliable, proactive, and committed to long-term growth.
Comfortable with reporting and coordination across teams.
