Job Description

As a Sales Manager at our company, your main responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue for the assigned coworking space. You will need to achieve monthly sales targets by conducting client visits, negotiating deals, and closing seats. In addition, you will be tasked with expanding channel partner networks, maintaining CRM hygiene for efficient tracking, and providing exceptional after-sales support to retain existing customers. Staying informed about competitor activities, industry launches, pricing, and overall market trends will also be crucial for your role. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the assigned coworking space to achieve monthly sales targets through client visits and seat closures. - Expand channel partner networks to boost sales and revenue. - Ensure CRM hygiene for precise tracking and timely follow-ups. - Collaborate with the operations team to resolve client issues within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT). - Stay updated on competitor activities, industry launches, pricing, and the overall coworking market scenario. - Provide excellent after-sales support to retain existing customers. - Identify new sales funnels and opportunities to drive business growth. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in hospitality, real estate, or a related field. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Experience in Corporate Sales within the Hospitality industry is preferred. - Proficiency in customer account management and thorough knowledge of MS Excel. - Strong communication and convincing skills, with a preference for experience in the commercial Real Estate Industry. - Ability to connect with young startups, SMEs, and corporates while building lasting relationships.
