Assistant Sales Executive

Primary Purpose of the Role

Responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring consistent product or service availability. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, improving brand presence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect market intelligence, analyze competitor activity, and share insights with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, supply chain, and customer service for seamless execution.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 24 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior, sales cycles, and product positioning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Data-driven with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or within teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel for business requirements
