Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager to support our sales and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales:
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Marketing:
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events).
• Develop and implement marketing materials (brochures, presentations, social media content).
• Manage and maintain the company's website and social media presence.
• Analyze marketing metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments (operations, finance) to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the interior design or architecture industry.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools.
