Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the outlet team and staff roster.
Conduct daily operational checks to ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
Handle customer orders, queries, and feedback promptly and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and team grooming.
Drive excellence in guest experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans as required.
Ensure adherence to brand standards and operational SOPs.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management (mandatory).
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in QSR / Café / Restaurant operations.
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Personal Attributes: Well-groomed, customer-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
