Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Summary: The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining quality, hygiene, and profitability standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing daily restaurant operations Supervise and train service staff to deliver high-quality customer service Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are maintained Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly Monitor inventory, supplies, and wastage control Support staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and FSSAI standards Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs Required Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards Ability to work in shifts and under pressure Basic computer and POS system knowledge Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations Experience in a supervisory role is an advantage
