Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Assistant Restaurant Manager position is a full-time, on-site role located in Coorg. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and handling customer service. Your main duties will include assisting with hiring, training, and developing employees, maintaining effective communication with upper management, and ensuring that food and beverage services consistently meet quality standards.
