Roles and Responsibilities :
Guide new franchise partners in center setup and ensure timely system access (IDs, payment mapping, order processing) in coordination with Finance.
Schedule Zoom/Google Meet calls to monitor setup progress.
Coordinate with Business and COT teams for smooth center launch and timely release of franchise agreements.
Ensure EPMS setup with accurate details and fee card; coordinate EPMS and academic training sessions.
Gather feedback from product/process trainings and share insights with stakeholders.
Support marketing launch plans with the Brand team and ensure timely dispatch of center kits with Supply Chain.
Assist partners in fee card finalization.
Monitor NPS, conduct regular surveys, and take corrective actions.
Provide 6-month handholding support with structured 30-60-90 day feedback touchpoints.
