Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage quality assurance processes for international banking operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Handle team management responsibilities, including mentoring and performance reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new tools and technologies for process optimization.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and client-specific requirements in all processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in Quality Management within international banking operations.
Strong knowledge of quality frameworks and standards.
Proven experience in
team handling
and managing large-scale operations.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Hands-on experience with
Six Sigma
(Green Belt or higher preferred) and quality improvement projects.
Familiarity with
new tools and technologies
for process automation and analytics.
Ability to work in
24/7 rotational shifts
.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
Exposure to global banking processes and compliance standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
