Assistant Quality Manager

Role and Responsibilities • All the New Product Development Quality checking. • JIGS & FIXTURE Creating for NPD. • All the dimension checking based on JIGS and FIXTURE checking. • Ensuring products meet specifications and quality standards, including performing inspections, testing, and audits. • Identifying areas for improvement in manufacturing processes, implementing corrective and preventative actions, and optimizing workflows. • Identifying and addressing quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, and recommending solutions. • Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and findings, and preparing reports for management. • Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible • Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability • Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes • Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order). • Review current blueprints and quality documentation • Set and track quality assurance goals (e.g. reduce average turnaround time for quality checks by 20%) • Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products • 15 - Manage fabrication and bending process for NPD Products and team with daily basis alignment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• SolidWorks: 1 year (Preferred)
• 3ds Max: 1 year (Preferred)
• NPD Department: 1 year (Preferred)
