Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for an Assistant Quality Manager. The Assistant Quality Manager will oversee and enhance quality control processes, conduct regular quality assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Daily tasks include managing quality assurance programs, coordinating with different departments to implement quality measures, and monitoring product consistency. The role also involves training staff on quality standards and responding to customer feedback. Qualifications Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Process Improvement Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and team collaboration abilities Attention to detail and commitment to achieving high standards Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field Experience in the Non-FMCG industry is a plus as (Beauty, Home care, Skin care) Show more Show less
