Assistant Purchasing Manager

Role Overview: You will provide support in vendor selection and management, assisting in preparing and processing purchase orders, and following up with suppliers for timely delivery. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining purchase records and documentation, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating reorders, comparing prices for cost-effective purchases, helping with market research for new suppliers/products, assisting in budget planning and cost control, ensuring compliance with company policies, and generating purchase and vendor performance reports.
