Job Description

You will play a crucial role in overseeing the Property Management Services provided at the site with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency through innovation and technology. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: - Guiding, grooming, developing, and supporting the site manpower to effectively tackle challenges. - Implementing suitable budget controls, monitoring SLAs & KPIs, and ensuring effective service delivery by JLL and outsourced agencies. - Managing vendor quotations and invoices, ensuring proper attendance signoffs and cost sheet submissions. - Planning and executing manpower requirements for the site, including involvement in the hiring process. - Conducting regular site inspections to ensure proper maintenance of structures and building facilities. - Collaborating with client SPOC to create annual budgets for site operations and develop effective management strategies. - Maintaining updated data, files, and communication with occupants and authorities. - Establishing and enforcing health, life safety regulations, risk assessment recommendations, and business continuity plans. - Handling emergency maintenance matters promptly and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders. - Generating and submitting daily and monthly management reports, coordinating document libraries, and ensuring timely closures of required reports. - Upholding the "No Safety No Work" slogan and promoting a safe working environment.
