Project Planning Execution:
- Lead the HVAC scope of work from design through commissioning for the MEP services on pharma projects.
- Prepare project execution plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Design Review Coordination:
- Review HVAC design drawings and specifications ensuring compliance with pharma industry standards (e.g., GMP, ISO 14644, FDA, MHRA).
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and process engineering teams to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly.
Cleanroom Containment System Oversight:
- Ensure HVAC systems are compliant with cleanroom classifications and environmental controls.
- Validate AHU, ductwork, HEPA filtration, BMS integration, and pressure differential systems for clean areas.
Vendor Contractor Management:
- Review and approve technical submissions, materials, and shop drawings.
- Supervise HVAC subcontractors, ensuring work adheres to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Testing, Commissioning Validation:
- Oversee HVAC testing, balancing, and commissioning.
- Ensure DQ/IQ/OQ protocols are met in line with GMP validation requirements.
Regulatory Compliance Documentation:
- Ensure all installations meet pharma regulations and documentation (as-built, OM manuals, validation protocols).
- Participate in audits and inspections related to HVAC and cleanroom systems.

Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP project execution with at least 7 years in pharmaceutical or cleanroom environments.
