Assistant Project Manager

• Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure compliance with project timelines,

specifications, and Act as a liaison between the client, consultants, and
contractors to ensure smooth communication and Execution.

• Monitor construction progress and prepare regular reports (DPR, WPR, MPR) for

management

• Review and verify contractor bills, BOQs, and work orders in coordination with the

commercial team.

• Assist in procurement planning and ensure timely availability of materials and

resources.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to safety and QA/QC • Identify project risks and escalate critical issues with appropriate mitigation measures. • Lead review meetings, coordinate technical discussions, and maintain updated documentation and Support the Project Manager in contract administration, cost tracking, and claims management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
