Hiring: Junior Project Manager – Machine Delivery Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with

  design

  ,

  procurement

  , and

  fabrication

  teams to track project milestones.
• Manage the entire

  project lifecycle

  — from internal planning to final delivery and installation.
• Act as the

  primary point of contact for clients

  — sharing updates, resolving queries, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and delivery trackers.
• Proactively

  flag bottlenecks

  and assist in resolving issues affecting timelines or quality.
• Ensure all machine units are delivered

  on time, on spec, and ready for trial/start-up

  .
• Support site teams and participate in project handovers when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in

  project coordination, manufacturing, or machinery installation

  .
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Client-facing attitude with a

  problem-solving mindset

  .
• Working knowledge of basic mechanical drawings, timelines (Gantt/Excel), and vendor coordination.
• Experience with startups or equipment manufacturers is a plus.
