Industry: Power (Hydro) Department: Project & Program Management Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Category: Program / Project Management About the Role We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our project delivery team. The role involves coordinating across departments to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will assist with administrative tasks, track project progress, and provide oversight under the guidance of the Project Manager. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate project execution. Handle administrative activities such as preparing invoices, estimates, and scheduling meetings. Monitor, track, and report on project progress to ensure timely delivery. Support the Project Manager by completing assigned tasks accurately and promptly. Perform additional duties as directed by the Project Manager to maintain project efficiency. Research and gather information to support teams in decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager or in a similar project support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (graduate degree preferred). Relevant certifications or training in project management are an advantage.
