Duties

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from inception to completion.
• Utilise Jira for tracking project progress and managing tasks effectively.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.
• Implement content management systems to streamline project documentation and communication.
• Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures to ensure budget adherence.
• Lead project meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues that arise.
• Perform root cause analysis on project challenges to identify solutions and improve processes.
• Maintain organised project documentation, ensuring all stakeholders have access to relevant information.
• Collaborate with product development teams to align project goals with organisational objectives.
• Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools.
• Experience in product development processes.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with content management systems.
• Knowledge of cost control practices within a project environment.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding teams towards achieving project goals.
• Excellent organisational skills, ensuring all aspects of the project are well-coordinated.
• Experience in requirements gathering techniques to capture stakeholder needs effectively.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HR management systems is advantageous.
