Sr. Admin Officer

Department: Administration
Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in construction)
Reporting to: Project Manager / Admin Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations at project sites or office
• Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and subcontractors for material movement and logistics
• Maintain site documents, attendance registers, and labour records
• Handle local purchases, bill verifications, and petty cash accounting
• Liaise with local authorities and ensure statutory compliance (labour license, safety, etc.)
• Oversee site housekeeping, security, and facility upkeep
• Support in documentation for audits, HR, and project reporting

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Admin/Management background preferred)
• Minimum 2 years experience in a construction or site-based admin role
• Good command of MS Office, documentation, and communication
• Willingness to travel and work in project-based environments

Candidate should be willing to work in North Indian site locations
