- Experience in managing protocol, guest handling, hospitality, and discipline
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception & Protocol Management
- Coordinate reception and hospitality for all domestic and international guests.
- Ensure smooth arrival/departure logistics including transportation and accommodation.
- Maintain a high standard of courtesy, discipline, and decorum while dealing with guests.
- Oversee arrangements for company events, client visits, and VIP meetings.
- Facility & Hospitality Oversight
- Supervise housekeeping, catering, and facility arrangements related to guest comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of guest lounges, meeting rooms, and visitor areas.
- Ensure adequate stock and presentation of refreshments, gifts, and welcome kits.
- Logistics Coordination
- Arrange pick-up/drop-off services, guest escorts, and itinerary planning.
- Liaise with security and gate entry teams to ensure seamless guest access.
- Internal Coordination
- Work with Admin, HR, and Security teams for smooth execution of guest protocols.
- Brief internal staff regarding guest schedules, roles, and responsibilities.
- Discipline & Presentation
- Implement a disciplined, punctual, and protocol-driven approach to all hospitality services.
- Train support staff (drivers, receptionists, pantry staff) for standard guest handling etiquette.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of guest visits, feedback, expenses, and hospitality reports.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on VIP visits and event summaries.
Skills Required:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of discipline, decorum, and responsibility
- Leadership qualities and ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Well-versed in hospitality standards and protocol arrangements
- Proficient in basic MS Office tools for reporting and documentation
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
- Additional certifications in hospitality management (optional)
Experience:
- Minimum 10–15 years of service in the Armed Forces
- Experience in administrative or protocol roles preferred post-retirement
