Job Description

Developing and delivering course material, curricula, and syllabi.
Teaching / Guiding students to achieve academic excellence, publishing papers, conducting & attending workshops and conferences, building lasting relationship with industries.
Assisting with the training and recruitment of new lecturers, teaching assistants, and Professors.
Supervising, advising, and mentoring teaching assistants and graduate students.
Participating in faculty and departmental meetings.
The Candidate has published two research papers from his/her Ph.D. work, out of which at least one is in a refereed journal.
Publications in peer reviwed journals.
3 publications and atleast 1 in ABDC, preferrably in B and above category.

Essential Qualification

Ph.D. and PG in relevant discipline with first class in both UG and PG Degree
A Master?s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
Bachelor?s Degree in any discipline and Master?s Degree in Business Administration / PGDM / C. A. / ICWA/ M. Com. with First Class or equivalent Ph.D. and M. Tech/ M.E in relevant discipline with first class in both M.Tech./M.E and B.Tech./B.E.
Ph.D. in Management or any interdisciplinary field with first class in both UG and PG Degrees.
Ph.D students waiting for defense may apply if meet publication requirements

Desired Qualification

Required Skills

Sound theoretical and practical knowledge to handle the subjects in relevant discipline.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Field Knowledge and Experience is required.
Must be capable of planning and organizing national and international events. Expertise in Research / Publications / Funded Projects / Consultancy
Two years of professional experience after acquiring the degree of Master?s degree.
Assisted in teaching/ MDP/FDP to the supervisor during Ph.D.
