Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai for the role of Assistant Professor (RPA - Masters). The Assistant Professor will design and deliver academic content, instruct postgraduate classes in alignment with the curriculum, and engage in research. Key responsibilities include lesson planning, mentoring students, assessing performance, publishing research, contributing to academic development, and supporting institutional activities. Collaborating with faculty and participating in academic events will also be essential elements of the role.

Qualifications

• Subject expertise in Robotics, Process Automation (RPA), or related fields and strong academic writing or publishing capabilities.
• Excellent teaching and communication skills, with experience guiding postgraduate students and designing academic content.
• Proficiency with research methodologies and the ability to conduct and present meaningful research work.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and students in an academic environment.
• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Robotics, Process Automation, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
• Experience in practical applications of RPA, programming languages, or relevant educational tools is a plus.
