Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Assistant Professor of Mathematics at CT Group of Institutions, located in Jalandhar. The role involves teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in Mathematics and related subjects such as Applied Mathematics and Statistics. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, delivering lectures, designing curricula, conducting assessments, guiding student research projects, and contributing to academic excellence through mentorship and research activities. Collaboration with colleagues and participation in institutional initiatives is also expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, and related areas
• Good understanding of Physics and Statistics to support interdisciplinary learning
• Experience in Curriculum Development and the ability to design engaging academic content
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively conduct lectures and seminars
• PhD in Mathematics or a related field is preferred; candidates with a Master’s degree in Mathematics will also be considered
• Prior teaching or research experience in an academic institution is an added advantage
