Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor at IFET College of Engineering, located in Villupuram. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for developing and delivering lectures, conducting research, mentoring students, and participating in academic and administrative activities. The role includes the preparation of course materials, assessment of student performance, guiding projects, and contributing to curriculum development.

Qualifications

Respected Sir/MamI introduce myself as a Ph.D., degree holder in Chemistry with more than 9.2 years of experience in teaching. I completed my Ph.D. on 08 February 2018 in Thiruvalluvar University, Vellore,Tamil Nadu, India. My doctoral thesis was entitled:**Synthesis, Spectral Correlation Analysis and Antimicrobial Activities of Some Novel 1-Substituted Benzylidene-2-Phenylhydrazine Derivatives.”*Currently, I am working in the areas of Material Science and Organic Chemistry, focusing on their emerging applications in catalysis, biology, and the environment.My research interests include:* Fabrication of supercapacitors* Photocatalysts * Nanomaterial synthesis* Synthesis of heterocyclic compoundsI have published research articles in reputed journals such as the Journal of Molecular Structure, Indian Chemical Society, Emergent Materials, Journal of Polymer Research, Polycyclic Aromatic Compounds, Research on Chemical Intermediates, SN Applied Sciences, Indian Journal of Chemistry, The Electronic Journal of Chemistry, Karbala International Journal of Modern Science, and Materials Today: Proceedings.In addition, I am serving as a reviewer for well-recognized journals including Electrochimica Acta, Physica, Water Research, Microchemical Journal, Journal of the Nigerian Society of Physical Sciences, among othersThank You
