Position Overview:

University Ai University is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our faculty as an Assistant Professor of Psychology. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, conducting impactful research, and contributing to the academic and professional development of students within the department. This role also includes participating in departmental and university service activities and mentoring students in their academic and research endeavors.

Qualifications:

Education:
A Ph.D./NET in Psychology from an UGC accredited institution is required.
Experience:
Previous experience in teaching psychology at the college or university level is preferred.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to teaching, mentorship, and student success.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a multidisciplinary environment.
Proficiency in using instructional technology and online teaching platforms.
