Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Assistant Professor in Management, specializing in Finance ,HR and Marketing, to join our dynamic academic team at Avviare Educational Hub. The successful candidate will take on the responsibility of delivering high-quality instruction in both core and elective management courses, particularly in Marketing. You will guide students through theoretical concepts and practical applications, and play a key role in the academic and professional growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching:

• Deliver engaging lectures on subjects such as:
• B2B Marketing & Services Marketing
• Marketing Management
• Consumer Behavior & Distribution Management
• Principles of Management
• Entrepreneurship and Startup Management

• Student Mentorship:

• Guide and evaluate training reports, summer internship reports, surveys, and viva voce sessions.
• Mentor students in their academic and professional development.

• Course Development:

• Design, update, and improve course content, assessments, and teaching materials in line with the curriculum.

• Academic Contributions:

• Assist in organizing academic events, guest lectures, and industry interface activities.
• Participate in departmental activities such as NAAC/AICTE documentation, research, and publications.

• Research:

• Maintain an active role in research and contribute to academic publications.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Management/Marketing (MBA or equivalent) from a recognized university (Ph.D. preferred or in progress).
• UGC NET qualification preferred (if applicable).
• Strong academic background with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in modern teaching methods, including digital tools for blended learning.

Desired Skills:

• Subject-matter expertise in Marketing, HR, and Entrepreneurship.
• A strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and engaging with students.
• Ability to guide students in research, surveys, and evaluations effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Salary:

   ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

• Benefits:

   Paid sick time and other benefits as per institutional policy.
