Assistant Production Manager

Job Title: Management Trainee – Production

Location: Agra (Preference will be given to candidates from Agra or nearby regions)

Experience Required: 1–3 years in a manufacturing/production environment

Education Qualification: Diploma or ITI (Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Relevant trade)

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee (Production) who will be responsible for supporting day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth operations, and learning the end-to-end production process. The candidate will undergo structured on-the-job training to prepare for future leadership roles within the production department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily production activities to ensure targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and efficiency.
• Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot minor issues under supervision.
• Coordinate with supervisors and operators to maintain smooth workflow on the shop floor.
• Support in maintaining records for production, material usage, and downtime.
• Learn and implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and safety practices.
• Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in shift planning, manpower allocation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Actively learn standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing/production processes.
• Hands-on exposure to machinery, tools, or equipment in a factory setting.
• Strong willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety and quality practices in manufacturing.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Age: 25–30 years preferred.
• Candidates from Agra or surrounding areas will be given preference.

Salary: Up to 30,000/- per month
