SRMT Manufacturing Division offers over 250 products to the automobile industry, manufactured on the best machinery for dimensional accuracy which meets exacting standards. The in-line activity of the division is carried out under one roof, ensuring total quality control at every stage of production.
· Lead the production team and ensure daily production targets are met.
· Prepare basic production reports and track key performance indicators.
· Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance for improvements.
· Control production costs without affecting quality.
· Train and guide production staff.
· Handle ISO documentation and support audit activities.
· Ensure 5S and safety rules are followed on the shop floor.
· Qualification – B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical)
