Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement long-term operational strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve high performance. Streamline and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate with leadership and other departments for seamless execution of business goals. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence. Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on operational matte
