Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintain strong working relationships through effective coordination, discussions, and communication.
Conduct daily reviews and discussions on work processes to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee people management and supervise day-to-day operational activities.
Develop and execute strategies for marketing initiatives and customer relationship management.
Manage the overall sales functions of the business to achieve revenue targets.
Plan and coordinate efforts to penetrate and acquire new clients.
Coordinate with clients to ensure efficient service delivery and satisfaction.
Drive revenue generation through strategic business development initiatives.
Assist Customs & Excise Departments, CONCOR, Port Authorities, Importers, Exporters, Transporters, and Shipping Liners with application support, website troubleshooting, and on-site assistance during the sealing process.

Preferred candidate profile

Location:
Local candidates only.
Experience:
Candidates with prior experience in government projects or the GPS/technical services sector will be given preference.
