Job Description

Reduction of Non-Compliance penalties for Monocrotophos.

Timely completion of tea garden audits as per schedule.

Establishment of a standardized traceability system for bought leaf (chemical use tracking).
Regular sample checks as per schedule
To maintain farmer training data.
To organize vendor workshop

Innovation and Learning

Develop and deploy new training modules on GAP and chemical usage with coordination TRA /TEA BOARD /FSSAI.
Continuous improvement in chemical practice and farmer engagement.
Adoption of digital tools for audit reporting, training records, and traceability tracking.

What are the Critical success factors for the Role

Strong knowledge of food safety standards, GAP, and FSSAI/Tea Board compliance.
Effective communication and training skills for small tea growers (STGs).
Timely and accurate documentation of audit findings and corrective actions.
Cross-functional coordination with Procurement, QARA and Logistics
Maintaining transparency and credibility in audit outcomes

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role

Ability to motivate and influence small growers toward sustainable practices.
Problem-solving in field-level issues (pest, fertilizer, leaf quality).
